The Stephanie Raieta State Farm Agency is seeking a sales-driven Acquisitions Specialist who thrives on prospecting, relationship building, and closing new business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound activity, is motivated by goals, and knows how to turn needs-based conversations into confident buying decisions that truly help customers.
You will play a key role in agency growth by engaging prospective customers, developing a strong pipeline, and converting opportunities into new policies—all while delivering a professional, service-oriented experience.
Full licensing is required. Candidates must hold Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. If not fully licensed, candidates must obtain their Property & Casualty license prior to their Day 1 start in the agency. We provide guidance and support to help you complete the licensing process.
What You’ll Do
- Engage prospective customers through outbound calls, email follow-up, and community outreach
- Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities
- Conduct follow-up conversations to move prospects toward quoting and closing
- Present insurance solutions confidently using a needs-based sales approach
- Track daily activity and report progress toward acquisition goals
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach and marketing strategies
- Maintain compliance with agency procedures and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Sales-oriented mindset with a strong drive to hit and exceed goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable initiating contact and handling outbound sales activity
- Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-up
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, outreach, or customer service preferred
- Full licensing required: Property & Casualty and Life & Health
